i-Delphi offers all services associated with preparation and execution of successful Delphi projects. Depending on client needs and preferences, i-Delphi can handle project planning and design, nomination and recruitment of panelists, collection of background information and conversion to web formats, provision of all necessary web facilities, project administration and moderation, retrospective analysis and recommendations. Every
i-Delphi project is actively supervised by an experienced moderator.
At frequent intervals, he or she reviews information supplied
by panelists, using feedback capabilities available to panelists as well as
system features reserved for administrative use.
Drawing on extensive experience with the Delphi method, the moderator
initiates all steps necessary to maximize the project's momentum, focus and
productivity. Typical
activities include:
1. Analyzing
the project's dynamics and identifying new and promising issues
introduced by panelists' contributions; 2. Adding
and refining project elements through changes or additions to the
controlling database; 3. Summarizing
and organizing free-form text responses to eliminate redundancy and
improve their usefulness to other panelists; and 4. Informing
panelists via system-generated e-mail that recent evolution of the
project makes another iteration through the project desirable at
this time. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||
